DIFFICULT CASES
3D guided implant surgery
Position and angle are planned in advance through 3D simulation, allowing placement that safely avoids nerves and other key structures.
Benefits of guided implant surgery
Placement planned by 3D simulation
Before surgery, 3D imaging is used to plan and simulate the procedure, identifying bone structure and nerve position so the treatment plan is clear.
Minimal incision, faster recovery
The implant is placed through a small opening, so there is less swelling and bleeding, lower risk of inflammation or infection, and faster recovery.
Shorter treatment
Where needed, a temporary tooth can be made in advance and fitted on the day of surgery; faster healing shortens the overall course of treatment.
A longer-lasting implant
Placed at a consistent distance and angle from neighbouring roots, the implant is under less strain and lasts longer.

Guided implant surgery at The Reborn Dental Clinic
If an implant is to last, placing it accurately in the right position matters a great deal.

The surgical guide is designed by your own dentist
Taking each patient's oral condition and bone into account, the guide is designed and made in-house by the treating dentist.

An in-house laboratory team
Our own laboratory means the restoration best suited to each patient can be made quickly.

Precise 3D diagnosis
3D CT imaging shows the condition of the mouth and the position of nerve structures accurately.

Same-day surgery
Because the work is done in our own laboratory rather than an outside one, placement can be completed within a day.
Eat straight away
Depending on the condition of the gum, a temporary tooth can be fitted immediately after surgery so you can eat.
This may suit you if
Because the gum is not incised, there is less pain and swelling, and the shorter procedure makes for safer treatment.
- You have a condition such as diabetes, osteoporosis or high blood pressure
- You have lost several teeth, or you are older
- You find dental treatment particularly daunting
- The cost of implants is a concern
- You have a busy schedule and want treatment completed quickly

Actual before & after photographs
Placement position planned with 3D simulation before surgery.
A 3D surgical guide was used to place the implant safely, avoiding the nerve and adjacent structures.
These are actual cases treated at our clinic. Results vary from person to person, and side effects may occur.
