Privacy Policy
The Reborn Dental Clinic treats your personal information with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.
Effective date 5 August 2026
1. Purpose of processing personal information
The Reborn Dental Clinic (the "Clinic") collects and uses only the minimum personal information required to provide the online inquiry service on this website. The information collected is not used for any purpose other than those set out below. If the purpose changes, we will give notice in advance and obtain separate consent.
- Responding to and following up on online inquiries
- Verifying identity so that an inquiry can be viewed
2. Information collected and how it is collected
The Clinic collects personal information only through the online inquiry board on this website, entered directly by the user. There is no separate membership registration.
| Category | Items |
|---|---|
| Required | Name, contact number, inquiry content, post password |
| Optional | Inquiry category (Implants, RebornNate, General Care, etc.) |
3. Retention and use period
The Clinic retains inquiry records for one year from the date the reply is completed, after which they are destroyed without delay. If the user requests deletion before then, the records are destroyed immediately.
Information that must be retained under applicable law is kept for the period prescribed by that law.
4. Provision to third parties
The Clinic does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except where the user has given prior consent or where an investigative authority requests it through lawful procedures under applicable law.
5. Outsourcing of processing and overseas transfer
To operate this website, the Clinic outsources the processing of personal information as set out below. Because these providers' servers are located outside Korea, personal information is transferred overseas. Our contracts with them include the provisions necessary to keep personal information secure.
| Provider | Outsourced work | Information transferred |

| Supabase Inc. | Storage and management of inquiry data (database) | Name, contact number, inquiry content, post password, inquiry category |

- You may refuse the overseas transfer of your personal information. If you do, use of the online inquiry service may be restricted; you are welcome to contact us by phone on +82 31 225 1410 instead.
6. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may exercise the following rights over your personal information at any time. Requests can be made by calling the clinic on +82 31 225 1410 or in person, and the Clinic will take the necessary action without delay.
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction of any errors
- Request deletion
- Request that processing be suspended
7. Destruction of personal information
When the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been achieved and the information is no longer needed, the Clinic destroys it without delay. Information held in electronic files is deleted by technical means that make recovery impossible; information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.
8. Security measures
- Online inquiries are posted privately by default and can only be opened with the password set when writing.
- HTTPS encryption is applied across the entire website.
- The number of administrator accounts able to access inquiry content is kept to a minimum, and a separate authentication step is required.
9. Information collected automatically
This website does not use cookies for advertising or user tracking. It does temporarily record, in browser storage (sessionStorage), whether you have agreed to view before-and-after photographs. This record contains no personally identifiable information and is deleted when the browser is closed.
10. Personal information protection officer
