CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY
RebornNate Warranty Certificate
Through our minimal-preparation principle and a precise bonding process, The Reborn Dental Clinic works to ensure both the appearance and the durability of your RebornNate veneers. Because veneers are thin ceramic restorations whose outcome depends partly on daily care, the warranty below is offered to ease the burden on our patients.
This warranty is also an expression of our dentists' confidence in their work.
Debonding (re-bonding)
- Within 1 year of treatment: free of charge
- 1 to 2 years after treatment: 50% covered by the clinic
Fracture or chipping (remake)
- Within 1 year of treatment: free of charge
- 1 to 2 years after treatment: 50% covered by the clinic
- Discolouration is a natural change caused by the material and the oral environment, and is not covered by this warranty.
- Damage caused by accident or external trauma is not covered by this warranty.
- Remakes requested purely as a change of mind, such as dissatisfaction with appearance, are not covered.
Patient Responsibilities
- Attend check-ups every six months during the warranty period.
- Wear a night guard if you grind or clench your teeth.
- For the first two to three days after treatment, avoid biting with the front teeth and refrain from very hot food and alcohol-based mouthwash so the bonding can settle.
- Do not bite ice, hard sweets, crab shells or squid bone directly with the front teeth, and avoid biting your nails or tearing tape with your teeth.
- Contact the clinic immediately if you notice looseness, cracking or pain.
- Problems arising from causes attributable to the patient, such as accidents or impacts, are treated at the patient's expense.
- Where it cannot be determined whether the cause is attributable to the patient, treatment may be provided at cost or free of charge.
The RebornNate warranty does not apply if these responsibilities are not met, so please keep to your check-up schedule and care instructions.
